Your listing, and how to keep it accurate.
Buyers use this directory to check which European manufacturers can supply halal markets. Your listing is free. The more evidence we hold, the more of your seven layers buyers can see as covered.
1. Find your listing
Search the directory by name. If you are not listed and want to be, email us.
2. Send your evidence
Current certificates, scope annexes and raw-material declarations. We read them and update each layer they cover.
3. Claim the listing
Create an account with your work email to manage the profile yourself. Claims are verified by hand.
The seven layers
Each layer is read separately, because a certificate often covers one site or one product line rather than the whole company.
- L1 Company
Halal policy, management team, internal audit.
- L2 Facility
Segregation, cleaning validation, facility-level audit.
- L3 Raw Materials
Every critical input assessed with source and evidence.
- L4 Process
Processing aids, alcohol use, shared equipment controls.
- L5 Products
SKU-level certification, excluded products, product marks.
- L6 Packaging
Primary and secondary packaging materials and coatings.
- L7 Logistics
Warehousing, cold-chain and shipping segregation.
Questions
- Why is my company listed?
- We list European manufacturers that supply sectors where halal requirements apply, based on public information such as certifier registers and company websites.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Listing, claiming and updating your profile are free. Results cannot be bought or changed for payment.
- What do buyers see?
- Anyone can see your company details and which layers we hold evidence for. Signed-in buyers also see the result for each layer, the certifier behind each certificate, and whether that certifier is recognised in their market.
- Something is wrong. How do I fix it?
- Send us the evidence and we will correct it, usually within five working days. You can also request a correction or removal formally.
- Are you a certification body?
- No. We do not issue certificates or audit for a certifier. We read the certificates your certifier issued and record what they cover.
